Delivery Information & Costs

We can deliver to all UK and Eire addresses. Unfortunately at this time we cannot take orders for delivery to international addresses.

Standard Delivery is £3.95 or €9.95

You can expect delivery in 2-3 working days following the date your order is placed. If your order is to Ireland or the Scottish Highlands or other remote areas please allow extra time for your delivery.

Return an Item

You can return any items you are not completely happy with by post within 28 Days of receipt. We will refund the payment card the price paid for the item on receipt of the returned items.

Unfortunately our stores are not able to process a refund or exchange.

Your rights under the returns policy are addition to the cancellation rights under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. For further information on this please see our Terms & Conditions.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

To Return by Post

• Write your name, address, postcode and order number on the returns address sticker enclosed in your parcel.
• Complete the postal returns note and enclose with your goods.
• Place the returns address sticker on the parcel. The returns address is: The Shoe Studio, Amethyst Group, Unit 8, The Parkway, Centrum 100, Burton on Trent, Staffordshire, DE14 2WL.
• Take the parcel and the despatch note to the Post Office. The clerk will stamp the proof of posting on the despatch note which you should retain until you receive your refund.
